Welcome to Anaheim Reglazing, serving Anaheim, CA and all of Orange County. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the refinishing and reglazing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Anaheim Reglazing provides professional refinishing and reglazing services for bathtubs, sinks (bathroom and kitchen), showers (fiberglass enclosures and tile), and tile walls and floors throughout Anaheim, CA and surrounding Orange County communities.
We provide free, no-obligation quotes for our services. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change after an in-person inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers are responsible for providing access to the work area, ensuring the work area is clear of personal items, and being present or designating a representative during service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty: a 2-year warranty on all bathtubs, sinks (bathroom), showers, tile walls, and tile floors, and a 6-month warranty on kitchen sinks. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance, use of abrasive cleaners or tools, physical damage from impacts, or normal wear and tear.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your reglazed surfaces: allow 24–48 hours for complete curing before use; use only non-abrasive cleaners; avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and acidic cleaners; do not use abrasive sponges or steel wool; and clean regularly with mild soap and water. Failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty.
Anaheim Reglazing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
