1. Services Provided
Anaheim Reglazing provides professional refinishing and reglazing services for:
- Bathtubs
- Sinks (bathroom and kitchen)
- Showers (fiberglass enclosures and tile)
- Tile walls and floors
All services are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard materials and techniques. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
2. Quotes and Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation quotes for our services. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change after an in-person inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times. In the event we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing access to the work area
- Ensuring the work area is clear of personal items
- Providing adequate lighting and ventilation
- Being present or designating a representative during service
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, equipment issues, or technician availability.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty:
- General Services: 2-year warranty on all bathtubs, sinks (bathroom), showers, tile walls, and tile floors
- Kitchen Sinks: 6-month warranty
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
- Use of abrasive cleaners or tools
- Physical damage from impacts or heavy objects
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by plumbing issues or water quality
- Modifications made by third parties
To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or refinishing at our discretion.
6. Care and Maintenance
To maintain the quality and longevity of your reglazed surfaces, you must follow our care instructions:
- Allow 24-48 hours for complete curing before use
- Use only non-abrasive cleaners specifically designed for refinished surfaces
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and acidic cleaners
- Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or steel wool
- Clean regularly with mild soap and water
- Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the surface
Failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anaheim Reglazing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures
- Damage to surrounding areas not included in the scope of work
- Issues arising from poor ventilation, inadequate lighting, or unsuitable work conditions
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your project
- Disclose any known issues with the surfaces to be refinished
- Ensure the work area is accessible and prepared
- Remove personal items and protect surrounding areas
- Follow all post-service care instructions
- Make timely payment as agreed
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or late fees. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Anaheim Reglazing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Photography and Testimonials
We may request permission to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. By granting permission, you allow us to use these images on our website, social media, and promotional materials. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant us the right to use your feedback in our marketing materials.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
